REFUNDS

30 day return policy.

You have 30 days to return your product for a refund or exchange, any time after this period we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

To complete your return please provide your proof of purchase.

Will we notify you by email that we have received your item with approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and your credit/debit card or original method of payment will be refunded in 5 working days. 

 

Sale items 

Sale price items are unfortunately not refundable.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defected or damaged. 

 

Shipping 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items, unfortunately shipping costs are non -refundable. 

 

If you are shipping a valuable item/items you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item
